Payment

You can pay with PayPal (we do not charge your account until we ship your order).　
Payment is in Japanese Yen - please check the approximate amount in your currency (on every product page)
and note that most credit card companies charge a small fee (usually around 2%) for foreign currency orders.

Customs Duties, Tax - IMPORTANT

In some countries (especially the UK and EU) customs duties and other taxes (the imposition of which varies by country) may be payable upon delivery.
We would love to give you the most up-to-date and relevant information but we'd most likely get it wrong (the postal services in those countries couldn't even give it to us straight).
A quick search of the internets should bring up the relevant information for your country, we reckon.
If you find that things do get troublesome, just send it back - we'll understand.

Arrival

When you order, you should be sent an order confirmation mail. When your order is shipped we'll send you a confirmation mail with a tracking code.
You can use this code to check on your shipment at the Japan Post Express Mail Service website.

Orders are shipped for fee .

Orders will be shipped within 3 days.
Orders over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
You should receive your order in 5-14 days (please note that this depends on your location, and the speed of your local postal service).
We will send you a tracking code when we ship. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks please contact your local post office with this code.
If your shipping status looks like your package is held up in customs, please contact your local post office with your delivery enquiry number.
This is the quickest and safest way to check on your package.

For security reasons,we do not keep your credit card information and cannot change your order total after you have confirmed it.

Size

You can find size information for all our items on the item page.
It might be a good idea to measure one of your own t-shirts and compare that to our size chart, allowing for a bit of shrinkage on the first wash.
Our T-shirts have a slightly tighter fit, which some people prefer.
These are 100% cotton, so when washed for the first time tees will shrink very slightly,
though not worth worrying about forcommon use.

The weight for the majority of our T-shirts is around 210 gsm.

Returns and Exchanges

Defective Items
If the item we send you has something wrong with it send us an email along with a photo (if possible), explanation of the problem
and your order number to Original Design Concept Art T-shirts we'll make things right.

Size Exchanges

If the item you ordered is too big or too small, send an email to Original Design Concept Art T-shirts along with the item name, size you wish to change to and your order number - we'll make things right.
